Finally!

It may take me ages but eventually I do get things done. Today, I finally got around to sorting out the cards and mailing them out. They went out to 13 people and I there were a few others who said they would like some but never sent their addresses.(It's never too late!) I couldn't find my camera so I have to ask that someone take a picture of the blue friend card and email it to me. That is the one card that everyone got, and is one of my favourites that I have come up with on my own. Okay, stolen from the winter mini catalogue, but slightly modified. Of course, as soon as I got home from the post office what did I see but my freaking camera. Typical.

Oh, and those bubble envelopes are a tight fit and I am somewhat skimpy with the tape runner, so a few pieces may or may not fall off. Hopefully, it will be easy to figure out where they are supposed to go.

Many thanks to Frannie, Angie, Alissa, CPA Mom, Julie, Emily, Debbie, Beccy, Catwoman, Sam, Rachel, scrapbooking princess and Terri for saying they'd like a few cards. And in advance, thanks for not making fun of my sometimes tipsy attempts at card making.

I think my next harrass-you-to-let-me-send-you-something project is going to be box albums. Because they are easy peasy. So let me know if you want one.

Speaking of mailing things out, Frannie has come up with a fantastic idea for a secret swap spectacular. Leave her a comment and she will give you the address of someone to send something to - it doesn't have to be crafty, it can be something from where you live, or whatever. I think it's a great idea and i am so excited about it. There's nothing I love more than mail that doesn't tell me I owe money.

Ooh I'm excited to get mine! I will post a picture of it on my blog when I get the blue one. If you want you can steal it unless someone else sends it to you first. I love getting mail that doesn't involve me owing money also.

I'm so excited too.

This may be a silly question (but then I'd never heard of scrapbooking until I started reading blogs) but what is a box album?

How pathetic am I, but I've actually been waiting for my cards to arrive!!! I'm so excited to know you're actually sending them!! (See, I would have had great intentions, but... kinda like the sticker pryamind. Even bought the stickers, but... yeah. Just gave them all to Emma.) Anyhow... Yippee!!

What's a box album? Is that a box that you put your photos in? I'd love one!!! But won't that cost a fair bit in postage? Cuz, isn't it like paying for mailing air?

I'm in, though not crafty at all, so I'll have to be inventive. Hmmmm.... (Almost as difficult for me!)

I'm going to email you and get a couple of scrapbooking pages done for you that you can just stick pics in, so that this isn't a one-way street!!!!
