Hey, hey we're the Backyardigans

What's that you say? Oh. That's not how the Backyardigans theme song goes? Well, it does for me since I can never remember the words to anything. I think it really says something like "We're your Backyarrrrdigans."

Anyway, the two wee girls received tickets to the Backyardigans for Christmas. And since we are not yet neglectful enough to send them out into the big bad world alone, William and I also received tickets. I suppose just one of us coud have went but have you met Sophie? That girl is a handful.

Plus the show was really quite good, even though the pictures are quite blurry.

Oh, what the poor woman sitting next to Sophie had to put up with. She talked away to her, and at one point was climbing into her lap. Sophie loved the show, absoultely adored it.

Saoirse liked it too. She's much quiter than her litte sister though. And much more shy, so didn't dance around like Sophie did.

Singing the goodbye song.

This is showing up in the draft so I hope it does in the post. At the end you can hea Sophie. She wanted them to come back on stage.

Fun...I think they are coming out this way next month...we aren't going. I did the Wiggles and I don't think I want to do anymore kiddie concerts.

Oh and isn't it "We're your backyard friends, the Backyardigans" Arghh thanks alot, like I needed another kiddie tune stuck in my brain!

I think I like The Backyardigans more than Lila. She watches for only a few minutes before finding something else to do. She'd probably enjoy the live show though. My favorite is Tasha!

I make my husband and grandson watch the backyardigans. I LOVE them! So next time your kiddos get tickets, let me know, and I will go with them and you and William can go out to dinner...lol.

See, I don't really like the Backyardigans. I don't know why, something about it irritates me. But then again, so does 99 percent of children's television, except for Disney movies and strangely enough, Blue's Clues.

But Little Man, he just got out of a Backyardigan's phase.

Awww, they are sooooooooo cute!!! I bet Alyssa would LOVE to go to something like that! Any time any kind of music comes on, that girl is dancing!

OMG!! I wanna go!!! My kids could come, but really? They don't have to. Contrary to Catwoman, I actually quite like the Backyardigans... I think their animation is amazing, and I love how the entire show is based on using their imagination. But that's me...

Hell, I also love Miss. Spider...

I am officially old. I have no idea what a Backyardigan is. But they sure look bright and colorful. So darn cute!

Oh my kids are SO into Backyardigans right now...I hope they come here. We've got Diego coming soon and Wiggles last year. Of course, my kids may change to another 'obsession' by then. Looks like fun was had by all!

My kids are all to old for the Backyardigans. I remember them coming out though a while back and the kids liked the music, the girls that is. But we never watched much of it. I'd love to be the lady sitting next to Sophie!

My kids are too old for Backyardigans, but we have some little friends so have actually heard of them. Looks like the girls had a good time.
