Umberto Eco: The Name of the Rose. You are a
mystery novel dealing with theology,
especially with catholic vs liberal issues.
You search wisdom and knowledge endlessly,
feeling that learning is essential in life.
Which literature classic are you?
brought to you by Quizilla
I saw this and I said not a chance. I have never read this book, with a zero interest in reading it. I haven't even seen the movie, even though Christian Slater was in it and I briefly had a thing for him after he did that skateboarding movie, the name of which I cannae recall at this moment. I can picture the poster, feck what movie was it???
Anyway, I do have a bit of a debate in my head over my so called Catholicism vs. my liberal social values. So maybe its not all wrong.

Please accept my apologies, Emma! I check out your blog regularly, and meant to link to you AGES ago. If you knew me you'd know that that was true and I'm not just saying that.
But I am a dink, there's no getting around that I'm afraid.
I am going to your site now, and if there is a link all will be forgiven!
It is the sad reality of maledom; you all have one, you all can be one. Though I wouldn't have said you were in this particular scenario.
"Oscar Wilde: The Portrait of Dorian Gray. You are a horror novel from the world of dandies, rich pretty boys, art and aesthetics, and intellectual debates between ethical people and decadent pleasure-seekers. You value beauty and pleasure but realize their dangers, as well."
Huh? That can't be right. This test is crap.
ohh I love The Name of the Rose!!! The film is rather rubbish though. I think the book is fab but I do love medieval monastery type things though.
